Prr on a Gecko hot tub: temperature probe problem

The system has detected a problem with the temperature probe. The heater will not run correctly until the probe is fixed. Check the real water temperature before getting in.

Most likely causes

What to try, in order

  1. Turn the tub off at the breaker for 30 seconds and back on.
  2. Check the water with a floating thermometer.
  3. With power off, look for chewed or damaged wiring in the equipment bay. Leave the control box closed.
  4. Record the pack model and arrange a probe test and replacement.
